Single Molecule Fluorescence
High Sensitivity System (Video Rate)
Includes an ultra high sensitivity camera (C8600 + EB-CCD). It is possible to pick up the activity of single faintly fluorescent molecules at a video rate (30 frames/sec.).
High Speed System (Over Video Rate)
This is a high-speed system equipped with an electron multiplier CCD camera (EM-CCD). High-speed observations exceeding video rates are achieved.
