AQUACOSMOS / 1 molecule fluorescence imaging system An analog camera system is a high sensitivity imaging system which offers 1 molecule fluorescent imaging combined with the total reflection microscope, and time-lapse measurement. It is the total system which records as a picture the dynamics of one molecule caught by the super-high sensitivity sensor which combined the GaAsP image intensifier and EB-CCD camera over a long time on real time, and conducts tracing of a molecule, and analysis of movement.
