AQUACOSMOS/FRET Wavelength Change System

It is the system which uses FRET (fluorescence energy transmission) and measures the phenomenon of the various protein interactions in the useful cell, or a molecular level under a microscope. AQUACOSMOS/FRET Since the wavelength transfer device is arranged in front of a camera, it excels in wavelength selection nature, and two waves are read separately, and a wavelength change system can carry out ratio calculation. It corresponds also to various fluorescence observation of those other than FRET.
