AQUACOSMOS/ASHURA CYR System

It is the system which uses FRET (fluorescence energy transmission) and measures the phenomenon of the various protein interactions in the useful cell, or a molecular level under a microscope. The cooling 3CCD color camera for exclusive use which thought the efficiency of CFP-YFP FRET observation as important is used for an AQUACOSMOS/ASHURA CYR system. In addition, the acquisition efficiency and separation ability of fluorescence of CFPYFP also improve and support observation of GFP and RFP.
