AQUACOSMOS/FRET W-View System

It is the system which uses FRET (fluorescence energy transmission) and measures the phenomenon of the various protein interactions in the useful cell, or a molecular level under a microscope. An AQUACOSMOS/FRET W-View system is a system which made possible simultaneous measurement of two waves of fluorescence by using the special optical system which divides a light path into two. Also in a sample which causes gestalt change by carrying out monitoring of the two waves simultaneously using a 2 waves of cameleon and Indo-excitation [ one wave ] fluorescent probe, such as 1, the kinetics of Ca2+ can be caught without a time lag.
