AQUACOSMOS/RATIO High Speed and High Sensitivity System

AQUACOSMOS/RATIO series is the system which measures a time and spatial dynamic change of intracellular ion etc. using a fluorescent probe. It has the intelligible operativity and extendibility corresponding to various fluorescent probes, such as calcium ion and pH, and corresponds broadly from a routine youth to customize. AQUACOSMOS/RATIO high speed and high sensitivity system uses electron multiplier CCD cameras C9100 series. High-speed sampling of 2 ms at single wavelength and fastest 80 ratio/s ratio measurement are realized.
