AQUACOSMOS/RATIO Basic System

AQUACOSMOS/RATIO series is the system which measures a time and spatial dynamic change of intracellular ion etc. using a fluorescent probe. It has the intelligible operativity and extendibility corresponding to various fluorescent probes, such as calcium ion and pH, and corresponds broadly from a routine youth to customize. The AQUACOSMOS/RATIO basic system is a digital CCD camera. This is a standard system using ORCA-AG digital CCD camera. The high quality image of a low noise and high resolution is acquirable. The sampling of 2 ratio/s (fastest 8 ratio/s) in the highest resolution is possible.
