Laser Resin Welding Temperature Monitor

The C9150-01 Laser Resin Welding Temperature Monitor is designed to simplify the measurement and control of the heat input (the temperature) at laser weld faces. The C9150-01 enables monitoring of non-contact welding. It operates by the '2-color method'-that is, by comparing the intensity of two different wavelengths emitted from the laserirradiated area. The C9150-01 implements rapid sampling of resin weld areas at temperatures from 200 deg.C to 600 deg.C, allowing for realtime monitoring of weld status and control of heat input (temperature).
