For Precision Photometry
Featuring high sensitivity and low dark current, these Si photodiodes are specifically designed for precision photometry in a wide range of fields.
UV to Near IR: High-UV
These Si photodiodes have sensitivity in the UV to near IR range. The BQ type delivers high sensitivity exceeding 0.1 A/W in the UV range.
For UV to Near IR: Low-IR
These Si photodiodes have suppressed IR sensitivity. The BQ type delivers high sensitivity exceeding 0.1 A/W in the UV range.
Visible to Near IR: High-IR

For Excimer Laser Detection
