		Non-destructive inspection using X-rays is being applied in many areas in industrial fields where demands for higher quality are always on the increase. Here we introduce a product lineup that supports X-ray inspection with X-ray sources having the high magnification needed for inspection of micro parts, and X-ray detectors that acquire sharp, detailed fluoroscopic images that are highly acclaimed even in the medical field.

Microfocus X-ray Sources

X-ray sources for non-destructive inspection. A small focal point prevents blurring of the edges during magnification of an X-ray image and delivers a sharp enlarged image.

XCUBE (X-ray CCD Camera)

The XCUBE is a compact X-ray CCD camera using a commercial CCD chip and is designed for non-destructive inspection.

FOS, ACS, ALS (Scintillator Plates)

These are flat panel devices for X-ray imaging. These devices can be directly coupled to a commercial CCD for real-time radiography and so are being used in an expanding range of fields.

X-ray I.I. Camera Units

These are X-ray camera units comprised of an X-ray image intensifier and a CCD camera. The X-ray input window is made of aluminum or beryllium.

64ch CdTe Radiation Line Sensor

Hamamatsu Photonics has developed a new radiation line sensor that uses a cadmium telluride detector. This radiation line sensor simultaneously measures the number of radiation photons in 5 different energy regions to acquire their images.
