This camera has 1.3 megapixels and high sensitivity. A high quantum efficiency of 40% at 200 nm has been achieved.

High quantum efficiency is achieved in a wide range from 120 nm in the ultraviolet range to the near infrared. A high quantum efficiency of 84% at 157 nm has been achieved.

This is useful for a wide range of imaging applications requiring high speed operation with high sensitivity.
