AQUACOSMOS/Basic System

This system carries out quantitive analysis and acquisition of fluorescence images using ORCA series, such as a high resolution digital B/W cooling CCD camera and cooling 3 CCD camera. It is applicable to the broad research of the analysis of gene expression using the observation of protein localzation, the observation of GFP fusion protein, the FISH method, and GFP reporter by a fluorescent antibody method etc.
