New X-ray flat panel sensor with low noise and high resolution

Hamamatsu Photonics will put a new X-ray flat panel sensor "C10013SK" on the market on the 21st September.

The C10013SK has a large X-ray imaging area yet achieves low noise (high S/N) by forming an amplifier for each pixel, and is ideally suited for non-destructive testing systems such as for small high-density integrated circuit boards.
